We are seeking a dedicated leader to help grow our Primrose schools in the Atlanta region, focusing on end to end school leadership. admissions, retention, and maintaining high standards in childcare. This role offers a pathway to multi school leadership and part-ownership based on performance. Relocation will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Maintains the school above state and primrose required standards
- Ensure Parent and Teacher satisfaction and Retention
- Builds and Maintains FTE enrollment at 90% +
- Acts as the single point of contact for all leadership tasks at the school
- Conducts clear weekly face-to-face discussions and provides clear plans and reports on current status and plans to address gaps
- Works to build school as the best choice for students in the location
Qualifications
- Track record of building and maintaining average annual school enrollment above 90% consistently over 3 years as the director of the school
- Takes complete ownership of and implements a robust enrollment process
- Consistently demonstrates effective people management skills when dealing with staff, children and parents
- Passionate about childcare, with a solid understanding of the industry's challenges and rewards.
- Provides a long-term commitment to the school; employed and focused solely at Primrose.
- Director certified
- Primrose school experience is preferred
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
