Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in daily classroom activities and ensure a smooth learning environment.
- Provide support to various classrooms as needed, adapting to different age groups and learning styles.
- Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
- Engage with students to foster a positive and supportive atmosphere.
-Answering phone calls
-Light paperwork
-Cover lunch breaks
-Greet families as they enter the building
-Opening/Closing duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a teaching or educational support role.
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule and demonstrate reliability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments and needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Flexible Schedule-Open to working more hours if needed
