Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience in early childhood education.
- Proven ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant educational degree in early childhood education or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with early childhood education best practices and developmental milestones.
- Additional certifications in child development or specialized teaching methods.
