Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to support a cohesive learning environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in an early childhood education setting.
- Ability to create a flexible and responsive classroom environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children aged 2 years.
